There are risks connected with my participation in this tournament/league and its related activities. I release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue Futskilz Soccer Training, event sponsors, event charities and their workers, employees and directors, from all action, suits and demands whatsoever in law or in equity from demand, losses or damages on account of injury including death caused in whole or in part by the negligence of the releasee or otherwise. Players eligibility for NCAA, collegiate sports and local school districts vary. The event organizers are not responsible for determining each player’s eligibility. Before registering, contact your coach or athletic director and ask how your eligibility would be effected, if at all, by registering for this event.

Further, I hereby grant full permission for event organizers to record any or all of my participation in this event for photos, motion pictures, tv, radio, recordings, videotapes, and other media known or unknown, and to use them, no matter by who taken, in any manner for publicity, promotions, advertising, trade, or commercial purposes, without any reimbursement of any kind due to me, or the need to pay me any fee.

FUTSKILZ REFUND POLICY:
Classes – Players who are unable to attend the classes for which they are registered will be eligible for a full refund if the player was absent for the entire session. Refunds will not be given due to partial attendance. If two or more classes in a given session are canceled due to weather, make-up dates will be scheduled starting with the second cancellation. NOTE: Make-up dates may be scheduled in a different location than the original class and will be posted on the www.futskilz.com website homepage.

Clinics – Players who are unable to attend the clinic for which they are registered will receive credit towards a future Futskilz program or to purchase Futskilz merchandise. Clinics that have been canceled due to weather will be given make-up dates and announced on the www.futskilz.com website.

Camps – Players who are unable to attend the camp for which they are registered will be eligible for a 50% refund. In the event that three or more camp dates are canceled due to weather, players will be eligible for a 50% refund.

Elite program – Due to the invitation-only nature of Futskilz Elite Training, no refunds will be given once a player has accepted a slot in the program. If a player discontinues training for reasons other then injury or illness or is delinquent in payment without discussion for more than 30 days, then their slot will be forfeited to a waiting-list recipient. Re-enrollment will require a new registration fee.

Hiatus- Players may hold their Futskilz Elite training slot on hiatus for $12 per month.
